Healthy Habits Wednesday
Habits are wonderful things. It has been more than year now, I floss my teeth most morns. I have a little calendar posted for health related info, since I can't remember a thing anymore. I put an "F" in the box for the date when I floss in the morn. I still hate flossing. I only do it because I know it's good for my gums. I value my teeth and chewing, so that's that.
