Fresh Food Tuesday

Sun gold tomatoes, also known as numnums, shine in the garden today.  These sweet orange orbs are volunteers from last year's bounty.  Alexa eats them, stem and all, and she picks all shades of color, even green ones.  Juice and seeds dribble down her chin.  I like the yellow pear variety too.  Eating the sun, that's about as close to the chain of life I can imagine...
